SUNNY HILL'S 6th
DOUBLE DRY HOPPED ITALIAN PILSNER w/ BIZARRE BREWING
To celebrate six years of Sunny Hill, we collab'ed with our friends over at Bizarre Brewing on something special: a double dry-hopped Italian-style pilsner brewed just for the occasion. Built on a blend of German and Italian pilsner malts, then kettle-hopped, the brew is cold-fermented with their house lager strain before a final double dry hop. The result is crisp, aromatic, refreshing patio (and pizza) beer-- worth drinking with a little Sunny on the patio. Sunny Hill will have cans for sale in house for take-away, and also be serving on draft, starting April 15th (our official birthday).
SUNNY HILL'S 6th will also be available at STONEBURNER on Ballard Ave, and of course at Bizarre Brewing in Magnolia.
Stay tuned for an announcement for a special Bizarre Brewing tasting room pop-up with SUNNY -- we will be serving pie from their space ONE NIGHT ONLY in celebration of the anni collab.

Fun news for our locals around the Ballard High School contingency - which there are SEVERAL - including our staff, both current and alum. Beginning April 15th (see a theme here?) through June 1st, a portion of all SUNNY pizza sales will be donated to the Ballard High School Radio Club. The new menu will also have some pizza names that reflect the ongoing support through spring. Come check it out. The pies are not only delicious...they now also sound good. The Sunny support will run through spring, keeping the channel's website costs covered for the next few years, hopefully enabling a long-term Radio club presence. The kids are alright.

Sunny Hill reguarly hosts community gatherings, seasonal events, and laid-back grill-outs. Located near Golden Gardens and Shilshole Bay Marina in North Ballard, grab a few friends and join us. With two patios when the rain stops (no, the sun doesn't need to be out), there's plenty of space for friends, family, and happy dogs.
